Three Cases of Controlling Algorithm of Congestion

The unbalance between the amount of information transmitted and netware resource leads to congestion. When the communication reaches the topamount,congestion often happens in a large scale netware such as Internet. Becausecongestion can be awfully expanded,scholars and engineers have been researchingfor ways to avoid it. This article presents three algorithms that are easily operated.The ideas originated from them can also be adopted by other algorithms.
