Abstract

Abstract

This article mainly analyzes the dispersion laws of urban motorvehicle exhaust gasses and noise,and researches the environment forming urban traffic pollution,and puts forward one framework of the Urban Traffic Environment Pollution Control System,and expounds operational theory and function.Simultaneously,the further research direction is discussed.
