Abstract

Abstract

This paper analyses the highway debt risk in China and puts forward a series of index for estimating the highway debt risk.This paper uses Borland C++ Builder5.0 program and Paradox databases to design the software system for the highway debt risk analysis,and brigns forward the way to deal with the debt risk.
